In the event of variations, Sabina y Maderas de Soria S.L. will inform the customer of the variation by e-mail and the customer may choose to cancel the order without incurring any cost.

 

Warranty

The products sold through this website have a 2-year guarantee period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approved the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; in the case of used articles, the period will be 1 year.

 

The consumer expressly accepts that once the execution of the service of the products made to order and/or by hand has begun, there will be no place for exercising the right of withdrawal, as established in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

 

The service of products made to order and/or by hand shall be deemed to have been correctly provided if the consumer does not expressly state otherwise at the time of delivery.

 

In the event of lack of conformity, the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be carried out, as appropriate, free of charge for the consumer. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The warranty does not apply to failures or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product.

 

Buyer’s rights and return policy

Sabina y Maderas de Soria S.L. guarantees its clients who are consumers the rights recognised by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 19 November. The products sold by www.sabinasoria.com.y purchased by customers who have the legal status of consumers, and provided that these transactions are legally recognized the right of withdrawal, have a period of fourteen days from receipt of order to withdraw from the contract and make the return of the product purchased. If a product other than the one requested by the client is delivered by mistake by Sabina y Maderas de Soria S.L. it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

 

For any incident related to the return of items from our store you can contact our Customer Service Department via info@sabinasoria.com. The complaints that may be presented by clients who are consumers under the terms of current legislation will be dealt with by the customer service department of Sabina y Maderas de Soria S.L.; they may be sent to any of the contact details specified in this legal notice, and will be responded to by the appropriate means within a maximum period of 30 days. In the event of a rejection, the consumer can contact the consumer bodies in his autonomous community or use the platform of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May on the resolution of consumer disputes online (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

 

Customer obligations

The client declares that he is of legal age and has sufficient capacity for the act in question; he undertakes to provide truthful information at all times on the data requested on the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

If you make use of this option, we will notify you without delay in a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) of receipt of such a withdrawal”.

 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right be sent before the expiry of the relevant deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
